I brought a fantastic cat scratching post last year and they were kind enough to drop it off at my door. I was so grateful to them, they went far beyond other stores in making sure their customers are happy.
Recently, I had a very fussy cat that is staying with me that was not eating. They suggested some special tins of cat food for fussy eaters. She absolutely loves it !!, and is starting to put weight on. Thank you again.
