Where can it be spent?
In store at 56 Bair Street, Leongatha, and online at pawsandponies.com.au. Same card, same balance — spend part of it at the counter and the rest online if that suits.
How fast does a digital card arrive?
Within a few minutes of checkout, to whichever inbox you nominate. If it hasn’t landed, check the junk folder, then call us on 0413 869 437 and we’ll resend it.
What amounts can I buy?
$15, $20, $25, $50 and $100. Buy several in one order if you want a different total.
Which designs can I choose from?
Ten fronts: a plain everyday card, three birthday cards — dog, horse or cat — plus Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, thank you, and one for a new puppy or kitten. Scroll the fronts in the panel above and pick the one that suits — they’re all the same card underneath, so the amount and how it’s sent don’t change.
Can I see the designs before I buy?
Yes — every front is shown below, and the one you choose appears in the email your recipient opens. No surprises.
Can I buy one in store instead?
Come and see us at 56 Bair Street and we’ll sort it at the counter. Handy if you’d rather hand over something you can hold.
Are gift cards refundable?
No — gift cards can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash. The balance stays on the card until it’s spent.
What if the order comes to more than the card?
Pay the difference however you like. Anything left over stays on the card for next time — there is no minimum spend and no cash out.
Does it expire?
Australian law sets a minimum of three years from the day a gift card is issued. Your card and its email show the exact date.
