Shipping policy
Free local delivery on orders over $50
Paws & Ponies delivers store to door across South Gippsland, Bass Coast and West Gippsland. Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more, anywhere within a 75km road radius of our Leongatha store at 56 Bair Street. Orders under $50 will incur a $15 fee.
As a regional business, we only offer local delivery at this stage due to the prohibitive cost of freight.

When your order arrives
Orders are picked within 2 business days of your order confirmation, and often the same day. Deliveries are made within 2 business days, or later by arrangement. All deliveries are assumed as safe to leave. If this is not the case, please include additional delivery notes in the checkout.
Click & Collect
Order online and collect in store at 56 Bair Street, Leongatha. Click & Collect orders placed during trading hours are ready in 30 minutes. Orders placed outside trading hours are processed first thing on our next working day.
