I actually put mine in the fridge for an extra zing! There are HUGE differences in synthetic and natural vitamin E and it's not just the cost. The common, synthetic version of vitamin E is actually created from petrochemicals and most of us know that petrochemicals are harmful to our skin . Directions: Safe for use on body and face.
